It’s only steps away from any downtown hotel, and even if you don’t want to skate, you can enjoy hot chocolate or coffee while watching others skate. For just $5 per person (including skate rentals), it doesn’t get much better than that plus an opportunity for some fun holiday-themed adventures with family members at their own pace.
The mountains surrounding Highlands have some beautiful hiking trails that you can even enjoy in the winter.
